GCA ANNOUNCES NEW OPPORTUNITY

Grassroots Arts Program (GAP) Regional Partners Program Request for FY2009 Proposals

       The state of Georgia and Georgia Council for the Arts (GCA)

 announce the reorganization of the Grassroots Arts Program (GAP) and

 invite proposals from organizations desiring appointment to GCA’s new

 GAP Regional Partners Network for fiscal year 2009 (July 1, 2008

 through June 30, 2009).

   

    A maximum of fifteen Regional Partners will deliver GAP funds to

 multi-county regions, each region consisting of a minimum of

 ten counties. Each Regional Partner will be appointed for a three-year

 period, with re-certification required annually. Proposals must also be submitted by agencies wishing to manage a single county in FY2009.

   Important: In order to be eligible to submit a full proposal package, applicants are first required to submit an Intent to Respond via     

e-mail no later than 4:45 p.m., Friday, May 16.  For more information,

FY2008 FINAL REPORT FORMS AVAILABLE
Deadline to Submit is August 29

     The FY2008 Final Report Forms are available for all grants and funded programs. Remember that a complete Final Report Package includes both the Final Report Form and the electronic submission of e-Grant. Each required part of the Final Report may be accessed by clicking on the appropriate link below.   Additionally, the final Contractor’s Request for Reimbursement Form must accompany the final report material.  Clients are encouraged to plan ahead by downloading the appropriate form today and to submit as early as possible.

  • e-Grant must be submitted electronically no later than 4:45 p.m.  on  August 29
  • Final Report Forms, along with all attachments, must be hand-delivered or postmarked by August 29 to the GCA office no later than close-of-business (4:45 p.m.).
