The Grassroots Arts Program, or GAP, is a decentralized funding mechanism created by the Georgia General Assembly to ensure
that every county has access to state-supported arts programs and funding - especially small,
traditionally underserved communities. Administered by a statewide network of GCA-appointed
GAP Regional Partners and Single-County Agencies, these small grants are designed to allow
funds to reach every county.
Georgia Council for the Art requires that organizations apply to GAP Regional Partners for grassroots funding. Specific information, including eligibility guidelines and who to contact, can be found via the links below:
