Georgia Council for the Arts has partnered with the Georgia

Center for Nonprofits to develop a handbook to be  used as a guide

 for creating an effective, efficient arts organization. Information in the

 publication includes step-by-step instructions on everything from

 understanding your local community to becoming a corporation to

 sustaining long-term growth.
